Yoga for Stress and Anxiety Management

There’s no question, this year has been anxiety-provoking. Whether you’ve dealt with anxiety for your whole life or have only recently been experiencing feelings of increased stress or anxiety, you’re not alone. Lucky for us, yoga and mindfulness are proven tools to help cope with and treat anxiety. And, even luckier for us, one of our wonderful teachers, Maureen, is a licensed social worker who has loads of expertise in this very field! We are so excited to be offering this special 90-minute workshop focused on understanding anxiety and learning how we can use our yoga and meditation practices to help cope with these feelings. Join Maureen as she leads a guided group discussion on defining anxiety and what you can do about it. The group discussion will be followed by a 45-minute yoga flow and meditation. We hope you can join us!
